These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Cost Flow website, AI cost checker, reports, audit services, and related features and services (collectively, the "Services").
The Services are operated by Globid Inc., a Canadian company ("Globid," "AI Cost Flow," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Services.

- regulatory advice; or
- professional consulting specific to your circumstances.
3. Estimates and No Guarantee of Savings
All costs, savings, pricing comparisons, token counts, usage projections, model recommendations, quality classifications, routing recommendations, and similar outputs provided by AI Cost Flow are estimates.
AI Cost Flow does not guarantee:
- that you will achieve any stated or estimated savings;
- that a recommended AI model will provide equivalent output quality;
- that a recommended routing strategy will work in your production environment;
- that a model will remain available;
- that third-party pricing is current or complete;
- that a model will support every feature required by your application;
- that calculated token counts are exact;
- that estimated costs exactly match your provider invoice;
- or that implementation of any recommendation will improve business results.
Third-party AI providers may change their:
- pricing;
- available models;
- APIs;
- rate limits;
- functionality;
- terms;
- context limits;
- quality;
- availability; and
- technical requirements
at any time.
You must independently verify current provider pricing and technical requirements before making purchasing, migration, routing, or production decisions.
4. Your Responsibility to Test Recommendations
You are solely responsible for determining whether a recommendation is appropriate for your:
- application;
- business;
- users;
- technical environment;
- regulatory obligations; and
- risk tolerance.
Before switching models, changing routing rules, or modifying a production workflow, you should perform appropriate testing.
Testing may include evaluating:
- output accuracy;
- reliability;
- latency;
- structured output compliance;
- tool calling;
- reasoning performance;
- language performance;
- multimodal performance;
- safety;
- security;
- regulatory requirements;
- privacy requirements;
- edge cases; and
- user experience.
AI Cost Flow may recommend using cheaper models, routing strategies, caching, shorter contexts, output limits, premium-model fallbacks, or other optimization techniques.
These recommendations are informational only.
You remain responsible for all production decisions and outcomes.
5. Information You Submit
You may submit information necessary to use the Services, including:
- prompts;
- API request examples;
- workflow descriptions;

You are responsible for reviewing and redacting information before submission.
Globid Inc. is not responsible for your voluntary submission of sensitive information contrary to these instructions.
8. AI Cost Checker
The AI Cost Checker may analyze information you submit and provide an estimated result.

- optimized estimated monthly cost;
- estimated potential savings;
- estimated savings percentage;
- workflow type;
- quality risk level;
- potential optimization opportunities;
- and related information.
The checker is an informational tool.
A result showing potential savings does not constitute:
- a promise;
- a warranty;
- a financial guarantee;
- an offer to provide guaranteed savings;
- or a commitment that such savings can actually be achieved.
9. Full Savings Reports
Users may request a Full Savings Report.
A Full Savings Report may include:
- recommended models;
- alternative model options;

You are responsible for independently verifying recommendations before implementation.

- context optimization recommendations;
- output optimization recommendations;

The specific scope of an audit may be confirmed separately before payment or commencement.
Submitting an audit request form does not itself:
- charge you;
- constitute payment;
- guarantee acceptance of the audit;
- or create an obligation for Globid Inc. to perform the audit.
We may accept or decline audit requests at our discretion.
Payment terms, scope, timelines, and deliverables may be provided separately before an audit begins.
11. Audit Pricing
The Services may advertise an AI Cost Audit at a stated price, such as USD $199.
Unless payment is completed and an audit engagement is accepted, displaying a price does not create an obligation for us to provide the service in every circumstance.
Pricing may change at any time for future purchases.
Any agreed price for an already purchased service will remain subject to the terms applicable to that purchase.
Additional, expanded, custom, or out-of-scope work may require additional fees.
12. No Professional Advice
The Services do not provide:
- legal advice;
- financial advice;
- tax advice;
- accounting advice;
- cybersecurity advice;
